Ringwraith Review
Gah! The Newark Star-Ledger’s movie critic gave Return of the King its first rotten tomato.
Clearly, an agent of Mordor.

The MetaCritic score dropped as well, as we all knew it would. But some of the less-enthusiastic-but-still-enthusiastic reviews that are dragging the scores down seem to me like the critics making an effort to be all jaded and above-it-all. Like they'll give this glowing review, then end it with, "But after the tantra-orgasmic mind-flattener of a movie takes its last Shakespearean bow, rendering all other Great Art not only useless but offensive, there remains a niggling hint of a feeling that the movie was too long."
