Standing Athwart History and Yelling “Hey… Guys?”
About the time I moved from St. Petersburg to San Francisco, everybody else had just finished going the opposite direction, the WSJ reports. Tampa/St. Pete had the second-fastest influx of people in the U.S. in 2000-2004, and San Francisco the fastest exodus.
Diffusion of metro cores into second-tier (but still big!) cities the next state over: macro-trend for the 21st century or just a temporary thing ‘til the next boom? Discuss.
