I don't eat eggs, so I'll have to take your word for it, but I take it normal omelette preparation involves extra grease? Or do the eggs provide all the grease?
Anyway, this reminded me of how I made it through grad school.
There may be some things about you we just honestly don't need to know, Matt. You eat something for breakfast that you have to "burp"??
