Exactly right, and kind of like the initial question, I think the answer is already a fairly clear yes, and that the task for us is to start delineating how.
Gotta say, I’m liking this format: live-chat-as-a-widget-to-which-one-can-then-reply. This is approaching the ideal of Kenneth Burke’s “eternal conversation.”
But I still wish I could just *be* at SXSW so I didn’t need this. 🙂
