Wouldn’t it be funny if the next-gen e-book arrived… as album liner notes?
I still don’t understand why nobody’s packaging e-books with paper copies as a “deluxe edition.” Come on! Think about it: either you can get the inexpensive paperback, or buy the hardcover for more – which comes with a CD-Rom or download code so you can get the e-book. Textbooks already have the book + CD + code model, but it’s used in entirely lame ways. Trade or academic presses could make this work!

The title, it should be said, is a misnomer. You’ll see.
