The Signtific Process

I got the chance to beta-test IFTF’s new “massively multiplayer thought experiment,” Signtific Lab, and thought it was terrific. Now it’s officially launched.

It is seriously fun, and very much in the spirit of improv: It’s all about getting a random idea, and then somebody else says “yes, and…” and so on. Except instead of, you know, producing an evening of hilarious comedy, you produce a crazily-detailed vision of the future.

Jane worked on this, and her pitch seems pretty ideal: “Save the world, invent the future, win a lab coat!”
