It’s not playing in Philadelphia, and I don’t have cable/IFC, alas — but Medicine for Melancholy looks terrific.

If one has cable, the film (like all of IFC Films’ theatrical releases) is actually available through IFC’s video-on-demand service for a very reasonable $6.
I have seen it, and I’d say it is the first GREAT film of the year. Highly recommended.
