Flash-Based Epidemiologic Strategy Game

My high score in Virus 2 is 43441. I got down to 25 attempts, and my fastest growth time was 23.

I think I’d wager that the number of games invented in the last 10 years and spread around the world outweighs the number invented in the last 10,000.

But does any recent game approach Chess or Go for most number of times played?

52,129… fastest 23.

No I have not been playing it all night.

Re: chess and go, I don’t know, I think we’ve got a shot at it, especially if you consider a) the intensity of play (college kids playing 20 games of Counterstrike a night, etc.) and b) the population differences over time… the population of the world has only several hundred million for a LONG time, which means there weren’t that many go players!

52,381, fastest growth 20 (lucky board), final stage 22.

I guess the time needed for Chess or Go can be prohibitive too. And then there’s the issue of needing two people, and really in fact needing two equally matched people.
