I have a theory that the burruito is the pizza of the 21st century: cheap, infinitely customizable, vanishingly ethnic, easy to prepare quickly. I predict in 20 years that no matter what backwater town you find yourself in you’ll be able to have a burrito delivered in 30 minutes or less.
