Matt! You’re a superstar. Was there any doubt?
“Check me out in RealPlaya.” Is that cuz you are a “Real Playa?” Okay, had to get that one out. You were great!!! Do some more!
Holla!
Awesome appearance Matt! Nice props for the WP too :). Only complaint: what, no baritone stylin’s?
Great interview. I like how when they asked sharp but leading questions, you spun them every time into a counterintuitive answer, a “yes, but…” consideration, or stepping back and saying things like “I think we need to consider what we mean by ‘straight journalism.'” Awesome.
OMG. Massive props for not totally cracking up about the “straight” journalism. I love how she’s so deadly serious when she’s talking to you about a satire and then she’s so smiley about the substitute anchor. (Can you tell I almost never watch regular TV news anymore?)
Oh! How super cool! Even though I totally did not watch this in realtime, I was nervous for you. Of course, I have no reason to be, being as how you are super-suave. And yes, I was giggling on “straight” journalism. I’m so proud to know you guys.
Sweet! Matt, watching you is like watching a fish swim in water. You were a total pro. What was it like? I loved how serious their questions were… EPIC has FREAKED people out. Looove it! Oh, and I wanted to say it was strange to see robin’s name on MSNBC and to hear my music play in the background. Any idea if the interview increased hits to robinsloan.com??
Not much — you can check it out at robinsloan.com/stats. No discernible impact.
Nice job, Matt. You and Robin are the future! I’m so proud of both of you…
